Protective gloves firm confirms launch of new safety specs

The launch of a new safety spectacles product has been confirmed by a major protective gloves company.

Those looking to improve their levels of eye protection will soon be able to get their hands on the Gemstone Myst Flex Y19CFC reader-style spectacles, Magid Glove and Safety has revealed.

Users of the spectacles will be able to benefit from UV protection of 99.9 per cent, the organisation has noted, while potentially enjoying clearer vision.

The price of the product might also be attractive, Magid Glove and Safety's executive vice-president Rusty Cohen has suggested.

He added: 'Priced to deliver a cost savings compared to similar reader styles, Myst Flex Y19CFC safety glasses are the clear choice for buyers addressing the safety needs of workers that require a functional bifocal.'
