New cut resistant safety gloves launched by Magid

A new safety gloves product has been launched by Magid Glove and Safety, which is said to offer users cut resistant qualities.
Making use of DuPont Kevlar brand fibre, the Magid CutMaster 93KVFLDPM Cut Resistant Gloves are resistant to flame while offering people a fairly lightweight glove solution.
The firm's executive vice-president Adam Cohen has suggested that the gloves could help to enhance the safety of certain working environments.
He commented: 'Magid identified the need by metal foundry workers for a cut resistant work glove that delivers superior cut and heat protection without sacrificing comfort or dexterity.'
According to Magid, the safety gloves offer cut resistance which meets ANSI Cut Level 5.
When it comes to personal protective equipment, it was also recently announced by Sperian that its Uvex brand is set to make available two new lens coatings, in the form of its Uvextreme Plus anti-fog coating and Supra-Dura anti-scratch coating.© Adfero Ltd
