Prescription Help

Before we can process your prescription order we will require you to supply us with 2 photographs. One full face photograph to help ensure we get the correct lens placement, and a Photograph of your prescription.

Please see the image samples below to assist you.

1. Minimum specification of camera must be 2 mega pixels
2. Picture must be a full face picture
3. Must be looking directly towards the camera
4. Ruler must be held against the forehead
5. Camera needs to be 1 metre away from face
6. Email your photo's to sales@protec-direct.co.uk with your online order reference in the subject line.
