To apply for a Credit Account with Protec, please complete the following steps:

New Customers

  1. Print off the form opposite and complete
  2. Return your Application Form to us in one of the following ways;

    • Post: Credit Assessment Department

  3. Please allow 48 hours for your application to be assessed
  4. Please ring the Credit Control Department to retrieve your account number;

We are continuously looking for ways in which we can improve our customer service.  One such improvement is the introduction of electronic delivery for our accounts documents. This will enable us to deliver invoices and statements to yourselves via email or fax instead of via the postal network.

Email Option

Documents can be retrieved via our secure Internet system.  An email will be sent informing you of when new documents are available.  Users can quickly and easily access the system directly from the email.  Benefits include the ability to:

  1. Retrieve documents in PDF, Excel, EDI, XML or CSV formats
  2. View and interact with your online statement to view and query invoices
  3. View copy invoices (clearly marked copy) and other archived documents
  4. Create and track queries on any invoice, communicating directly with your own credit controller
  5. Create electronic remittance advices

Alternatively, an email may be sent to sig@diforms.com stating just your account code in the subject line.  You should send this from the email address most suitable for receiving your accounts documents.
