PPE firm to offer new eyewear lens coatings, safety gloves users learn
Users of protective eyewear will soon be given the chance to adopt new lens coatings which are being made available by one personal protective equipment (PPE) organisation.
Those who already make use of PPE such as safety gloves may be interested to note the new products which are set to be offered by Sperian Protection's Uvex brand.
It is hoped that people's workplace safety might be enhanced through the development of the firm's Uvextreme Plus anti-fog coating and its new Supra-Dura anti-scratch coating.
The Sperian Eye and Face Protection senior product manager David Iannelli suggests that the coatings offer a good quality option to employees.
He stated: 'Supra-Dura and Uvextreme Plus coatings raise the bar for protecting workers' eyes and delivering superior quality and value to safety managers.'
In the UK, the Health and Safety Executive acts to reduce the number of accidents that occur in the country's work environments, which may encourage firms to make use of PPE when it is needed.
