Cirrus Research has announced the launch of a new sound meter product.
The company's new CK: 821C Sound Level Meter Kit is designed to highlight the level of noise in environments and whether personal protective equipment is need on a site.
It offers a number of features, including USB connectivity for the downloading of data and 1:1 Octave Band Filters created to support hearing protection.
James Tingay of Cirrus Research said the technology was 'an ideal choice' for those using professional noise measurement applications.
He added: 'Powerful, robust, and easy to use, these sound level meters will help organisations keep within the letter of the law with regard to noise safety and, in the case of workplace noise, help users to select appropriate ear protection.'
Crewmate recently announced the launch of a new range of hand protection.
The company's synthetic leather driver gloves are designed to offer more dexterity and performance than natural leather goods.
