New protective eyewear launched
Personal protective equipment (PPE) manufacturer Gateway Safety has launched a new range of eye protection.
The company's Wheelz goggles are designed to be more compact than traditional safety eyewear and include a lightweight frame and an elastic head strap.
Described by the firm as ideal for laboratories and doctors, the goggles are also regarded as useful for those needing protection in light manufacturing and industrial applications.
In addition, the eyewear also features ventilation to help people maintain clear vision, while they are also available in a variety of lens options, including anti-fog variations.
The launch of the eye protection has come after Gateway Safety also launched another range of PPE.
According to the company, which makes a variety of protective workwear, its Serpent ventilated safety helmet is designed to help keep workers cool when working in warm conditions.
The head protection includes a six-point nylon suspension, a soft cushioned brow pad and a rain trough to keep water away from workers' faces.
