Gateway launches face protection

Personal protective equipment (PPE) manufacturer Gateway has unveiled its new range of face protection.

The company's Venom line of products has been created to be both lightweight and comfortable, while it also boasts a contemporary design which it is hoped will improve employee compliance rates.

Visors in the range, which are available in clear, anti-fog and gray versions, have been produced from 0.6-inch polycarbonate material and are moulded to offer complete facial coverage.

In addition, the Venom headgear series includes a three-part adjustment system designed to offer a level of comfort for those using the products all day.

The company is yet to confirm the release date and pricing details related to the new PPE.

Details about the new face protection have come after St-Gobain Performance Plastics' revealed plans to launch a range of hazmat suits.

The OneSuit Pro is certified to the National Fire Protection standard and is described by the firm as the most comfortable product of its kind.
