DBI-SALA launches fall protection
A new range of fall protection equipment has been launched by a company that specialises in such systems.
DBI-SALA, which is a Capital Safety brand, has claimed the new devices have been designed specifically for the mining industry, although they could be used in other areas.
The company has also suggested that the utility belt included on the harnesses is more comfortable and useful than other equipment currently available.
It has been claimed that the device also features suspension trauma straps and meet a number of industry standards.
Sales director of Capital Safety, Ian Heslop, described the item as 'a highly functional, compliant and comfortable piece of fall protection equipment'.
Details about the personal protective equipment have come after Kimberly-Clark announced the launch of a new range of hand protection.
The company's new Kim Tech Pure G3 and G5 Sterling Nitrile gloves are expected to be suitable for a number of sectors, including electronics, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
