Could safety gloves users benefit from new eyewear?

Users of personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety gloves might want to complement their current set of gear by learning more about a new eyewear product.

The Stealth(R) Reader Goggle is now set to be made available by the Uvex brand, Sperian Protection has revealed.

Reading magnifiers will feature in the new item of eyewear, the company has confirmed, with the product offering five diopter strengths in total.

Sperian Eye & Face Protection's senior product manager David Iannelli has outlined some of the potential benefits offered by the goggles.

He stated: 'Workers can enjoy the added benefit of magnifying fine details with the comfort and safety of our top-selling protective goggle to best meet their needs.'

The diopter strengths available to users of the product will be between +1.0 and +3.0.

When it comes to PPE, CSA International recently suggested that it might be a good option for people to adopt safety equipment when they assess flood damage in their properties.
